Cooking course for traditional Ladin recipes organised by the Museum Ladin and the Pulk creative space
The course ‘Ricette tradizionali ladine: le contadine della Val Badia nella cucina di Pulk’ is a journey of discovery into Ladin culture: some female farmers from Val Badia present the most authentic recipes of a simple cuisine that is linked to family values and orientated towards the seasons. For the occasion, the creative room of the founder Vera Boni will be transformed into a cosy Ladin house, where people will cook together and then enjoy a convivial meal.
The course will take place on 9 April from 6 to 9 pm at Pulk in Brennerstraße 126 in Trento. Information and registration at vera@pulk.me or by telephone on 347 04 31 426.
