Organised as part of the transnational project ‘E.CH.I. – Italian-Swiss Ethnographies for the Valorisation of Intangible Heritage’, this conference is dedicated to strategies and best practices in the documentation and communication of intangible cultural heritage. It deals with the challenges that museums are confronted with:
a) in researching and inventorying intangible cultural heritage;
b) in relation to its restitution to communities and its use by the public.
